Creamy Crock Pot Chicken and Noodles

Creamy Crock Pot Chicken and Noodles
6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 can diced tomatoes, drained
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ginger
2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 cup half and half


Place chicken in crock pot. Combine remaining ingredients except for half and half. Pour over chicken. Cook on low for about 5-6 hours. Before serving, shred chicken and add half and half. Serve over fettuccine noodles. 


Serves 6
