Hawaiian Haystacks



Hawaiian Haystacks
Sauce:
2 cups cooked shredded chicken
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 cup chicken broth
salt and pepper 

Toppings:
cooked rice
1 package chow mein noodles
1 cup chopped celery
4 green onions, sliced
1 can mandarin oranges
1 can pineapple tidbits
1 package sliced almonds
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 can sliced olives
1/2 cup coconut
2 cups grated cheese

Mix ingredients for sauce; simmer for 10-15 minutes. To serve, layer sauce on top of rice. Top with desired toppings.

Serves 6
